Rollei 35

85.00

This Rollei was given to me in a trade, it was very dirty and needed a new battery. I had never seen one in person and while zone focusing was something I was interested in, my skills are really not there yet.  The lightmeter works sometimes and may need special attention but the camera itself works very well.  I enjoy carrying it with me and shooting on occasion as it is small and simple.  I recommend reading this review if you are interested:  http://www.japancamerahunter.com/2014/09/rollei-35-review-david-aureden/

Rollei 35’s (Sonnar and Tessar lensed models) amount to the Volkswagens of the camera world. People loved their construction quality and lens performance so much, they overlooked a very strange and often inconvenient camera design. If you want a fast operating compact 35, none of the Rollei 35 models qualify. On the other hand, if you want a superbly made metal compact camera with a great lens, this just might be your cup of tea.
